Yours has no damage it is a drift 1.5way locked lsd for rear wheel non stearing wheels, because you are using in the front wheel stearing the wheels turn more and make the lsd work extra hard thats why it make more noise in your front wheel car then rear wheel mr2, do you understand what I am saying.
Take the gearbox out when you have time and send me the lsd back I will give you normal lsd when I get yours back.

Hi, you don't need to check just remove the gearbox and take the lsd out, the reason why the lsd in your gearbox is noisy because you have the gearbox on front wheel drive and the wheells stear more then the mr2 rear wheels, thats why the Kaaz/cusco lsd make more noise you turn more sharper on the front stearing wheels then the mr2 back wheels turn very little because they are not stearing.
Send me the lsd back and I send you the stock lsd from normal rev3 gearbox i have plenty, sorry for this trouble I have caused you, i did'nt know the gearbox has Kaaz/cusco drift lsd and did,nt know it would make more noise on front wheel drive car.
