LSD's can be identified by the VIN, if it ends with and even number or A than it is open diff, if it ends with an odd number or C then it is LSD.LSD shafts are cannot be used with the NON LSD box and vise versa. e58 LSD drive shafts measurements:

flywheel sizes:

There's four different 4ag clutches: the 200mm, 215mm, 225mm and 230mm.

The 225mm is used on AW11 and series 1 AE92 GZE's, the 230mm is used on the AE92 series II and AE101 GZE.

200mm is on most bigport 4age's, 215mm on the smallport 4age.
